Mike Volante

I was born and raised in Reseda, CA; attended St. Catherine's of Siena and graduated from Reseda High School. In 1987 I became licensed in Real Estate and began to serve the community I grew up in. For many years now I have been the #1 agent of choice in Reseda with more than 500 homes sold there.

In 1995 I joined the Reseda Chamber of Commerce and in 1998 became President, growing the membership two fold! In the years to follow I became Vice President of West Valley Pals and had a hand in the start of the Reseda Youth Center for which I donated and raised money. A few short years to follow, I was presented the award for Citizen of the Year and shortly thereafter, Reseda Business Man of the Year.

With 21 years vested, through the many, many, referrals Real Estate has taken me all over the San Fernando, Simi, and Conejo Valley's and at times the Riverside and Ventura County areas as well! I love my work and I take a lot of pride in the measure of service and care I provide to each and every one of my clients.

Maureen Steele-Volante

In 1979 I moved to Southern California to pursue a career in singing. I was fortunate to have realized many of my dreams. In the early 1980's, I was signed with Motown Recording Label and made an LP. My first single "Boys Will Be Boys" hit the charts and made it on the sound track album from the movie, "The Flamingo Kid". I also worked with other artists such as Smokey Robinson, Richard Carpenter and Appolonia to name a few.

In 1989 and after having children, I made a few home purchases too. I developed a love for Real Estate and knew it was something I needed to embark on. So, 1989 I became licensed to sell. Ever since I have been helping buyers and sellers realize their dreams!

A home is the biggest investment most will make in a lifetime and can be very intimidating to many. The caring manner in which I do business helps my clients feel less fearful and much more excited about the whole process. A home purchase or sale is serious business but it should be fun too. I always go the extra mile to assure them that they could not be in better, caring hands.

I feel it is important to stay on top of any and all changes which affect my business because those changes could affect my clients too. My extensive training includes special Real Estate subjects such as Economics, Real Estate Practice, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate Investments.

While I have received many company awards over the years for "Top Producing Agent" and "Multi-Million Dollar Producer", nothing satisfies me more than the knowledge, experience and satisfaction I can offer my clients in a Real Estate transaction. The repeat and referral business I receive is the best indication that I am accomplishing my goals in helping you with yours!
